Ecommerce operations specialist

I build the systems behind ecommerce operations.

Shopify, Zoho, automation, support workflows, and the operational infrastructure that keeps ecommerce businesses running smoothly.

One order. Every system in sync.

Example workflow

An example paid Shopify order is received by webhook, transformed, and synced into Zoho Books as an invoice, Zoho CRM as a customer and order, and Zoho Inventory as a stock adjustment, with no manual entry.

Worked with

What I do.

Two platforms, three stages. The middle one is where most of the value is, and it is the one most setups never get to.

01

Set up

Built and configured from scratch.

Shopify

Store build, theme setup, product and collection structure, payments, shipping, and KWD priced to three decimals. Migration from WooCommerce, Salla or a spreadsheet.

Zoho

CRM, Inventory, Books and Desk configured around how the business actually runs, with your own fields, stages and layouts rather than the default install.

02

Connect

Where most of the manual work lives.

ShopifyZoho

Orders, stock, invoices and tickets moving between the two on their own, so nobody retypes an order into a second system at the end of the day. When an off-the-shelf connector does not fit, I build the one that does.

03

Keep running

Monthly, as the business changes.

Shopify

Theme and app changes, checkout fixes, new collections and campaigns, and someone to call when an order does not go through.

Zoho

New workflows, Deluge functions, custom modules, and the reports people start asking for once they trust the data.

How it starts

Audit

A fixed-scope look at what you run now, what it costs you in time, and what it would take to fix.

Project

A defined build with a start, an end, and a handover you can actually use.

Retainer

Monthly hours for the changes that come after launch.

Start with an audit

The tools I use

The stack behind the integrations: source control, cloud, containers and configuration, alongside the platforms your business already runs on.

  • Shopify
  • GitHub
  • Amazon Web Services
  • Docker
  • Zoho
  • GitLab
  • Microsoft Azure
  • Terraform
  • Google
  • Visual Studio Code
  • Ansible
  • Microsoft

Systems I've built.

Store operations

Daily numbers, orders as they arrive, and fulfillment in one place.Illustrative example with sample data.

A storefront dashboard showing the day's sessions, sales in Kuwaiti dinar, order count and conversion rate, above a list of recent orders. A new paid order arrives and is marked fulfilled.

Support desk

One queue for every channel, with first response measured in minutes.Illustrative example with sample data.

A support desk dashboard showing tickets received and answered across a day, peaking in the evening, above the open queue, median first response time, and an overdue count of zero.

Property pipeline

A CRM built around how Kuwaiti property is actually addressed and let.Illustrative example with sample data.

A property pipeline board with Available, Reserved and Rented columns, holding Kuwaiti properties listed by area and block with monthly rents in Kuwaiti dinar. A Salmiya apartment moves from Available to Reserved and its agreed rent appears.

Selected work.
